Procedures for Receiving Medical Care

For Active Duty Service Members and Family Members


Consult with your primary care provider and request a referral. Obtain an International SOS(ISOS Authorization Letter(Except for Emergencies). The ISOS Authorization Letter will arrive at the hospital within 3~5 business days. Our nurse will contact you to confirm the appointment date and time. Receive medical care at the scheduled date and time.

For Civilians & Retired Service Members and Eligible Family Members


Call the International Healthcare Center. Our nurse will help schedule your appointment. After the visit, the center will provide necessary documentation.
